- To ensure preparation, entering and administration of the information that is needed for Advesya to process

job application and manage pre-contractual activities with You as a candidate. In such cases Advesya will
collect
your data based on the contractual necessity or to
comply with other legal requirements in the EU such as the employment law (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Such
data
will only be retained for
the duration of the application process, unless otherwise required by the EU Member State or as per consent
obtained from You. If we would
like to retain your Personal Data beyond the initial purpose, we will seek your consent, in such cases, the
processing will be based on your
